Ajda Lommen, LICSW

Ajda specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum struggles, fertility challenges, relationship issues, identity and self-esteem concerns, major life transitions, and the deep pain of grief and loss with a compassionate, personalized approach to healing.

I know that life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, or fertility struggles, you don’t have to go through it on your own. I believe therapy is a sacred process where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I want to help you find ways to move forward in your life with confidence and clarity.

With a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas, I’ve spent years helping people work through difficult emotions, make sense of their experiences, and build the tools they need to live with more ease in their day to day life. I specialize in working with adults facing life transitions, self-esteem struggles, grief, and relationship issues. I also have a deep passion for supporting individuals through the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. As a postpartum-certified therapist, I understand how emotional, isolating and complex these experiences can be, and my desire is to provide a safe and understanding space to process them.

Therapy isn’t about being fixed, because you’re not broken. It’s about finding new ways to cope, heal, and grow in a way that feels right for you. To help you feel more like yourself. Whether you’re looking for support in processing something difficult, learning new coping strategies, or simply having a space to reflect and feel understood, I’m here to help.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my children, family and friends, cooking, and playing tennis. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities, and I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum struggles, fertility challenges, relationship issues, identity and self-esteem concerns, major life transitions, and the deep pain of grief and loss with a compassionate, personalized approach to healing.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take this step together.
