Ashley Hauffe specializes in perinatal mental health, women’s issues, trauma, and mood disorders, offering insight-driven therapy for adults seeking deep healing and lasting change.
Seeking out support during times of stress, transition, or emotional pain is a huge step. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, mood changes, or past trauma, I aim to offer a space that’s just for you where we can explore the deeper roots of your experience, thoughts, emotions and distress. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered along the way.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and women’s issues, supporting individuals through the complex emotional and psychological challenges that can arise during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I also work with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and relationship conflicts.
With over a decade of clinical experience, my therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adlerian theory, and psychoanalytic concepts. My approach blends evidence-based tools with deep, insight-oriented work to foster self-awareness, resilience, and long-term growth.
As a Board-Approved Supervisor in Minnesota, I also support pre-licensed LPC and LPCC clinicians in their professional development.
I offer telehealth sessions to provide a safe and accessible environment for connection and care. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit, I’d be honored to support you.
My specific areas on concentration include:
- Perinatal mental health
- Women’s health
- Trauma related symptoms
- Building and maintaining boundaries
- Anxiety
