Ashley Toussaint, LMFT

Ashley Toussaint, LMFT, specializes in perinatal transitions, parenting stress with women in addition to anxiety, and identity work with adolescents, young adults, individuals and families.

If you’re anxious or unsure of yourself as you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, or the transition into parenthood, you’re not alone. I’m Ashley Toussaint, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focused on helping women move through life’s challenges with a sense of clarity and confidence. While I continue to work with teens, young adults, and families, I’m currently focusing on supporting individuals during the tender and transformative perinatal period, since completing a perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International. Whether you’re preparing to become a parent, navigating the early days of postpartum life, or adjusting to the emotional shifts that come with this season, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, weighed down by anxiety, or struggling with people-pleasing and perfectionism. Whether you’re adjusting to new routines, feeling lost in your identity, or struggling to feel connected, to yourself, your baby, or your support system, I offer a compassionate space to experience and explore what you’re going through. I would describe therapy with me as collaborative, flexible, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and empowered. Together, we’ll build tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and reconnect to what matters most to you.

I also enjoy working with parents and families to improve communication and foster stronger bonds at home. Whether you’re navigating a major life change or simply trying to find your footing in the day-to-day, I’m here to support you.

If you’re curious about whether we’d be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would love to hear from you.
