Lexie specializes in infertility, postpartum, and reproductive mental health. Her focus is on supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the emotional complexities associated with infertility. She provides a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences related to postpartum challenges including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.
Lexie integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She is dedicated to fostering personal growth and resilience while empowering clients to develop effective coping strategies to achieve their goals.
Outside of therapy, Lexie spends time with her family and practices yoga. These activities enrich her understanding of the human experience and contribute to her holistic approach to mental health.
