Licensed Mental Health Professional

Thrive Therapy is an established private practice dedicated to delivering therapeutic services to Minneapolis-St. Paul and surrounding areas since 2015. Rooted in a strong commitment to our community, we have built a solid reputation with a consistent referral base. At Thrive, we prioritize collaboration, growth, and the empowerment of both our therapists and clients. Our specialization lies in fostering partnerships with contractors who desire the independence of their own practice without the burden of administrative responsibilities. Additionally, we support individuals who aspire to establish their practices and private practices while navigating the complexities of the credentialing process.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking to contract with a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP) to join our team at Thrive Therapy. As a licensed therapist, your responsibilities will include creating individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate client documents for billing and treatment, and ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld.

Income Range:
The compensation range detailed in this job posting aligns with comparable positions within the region and is subject to fluctuations based on variables like client volume, insurance arrangements, and private-pay contributions. Our clinician payout structure offers an impressive 75-80% of the prior month’s collections, paid bi-monthly, and is inclusive of MNCare taxes.

At Thrive Therapy, our operational efficiency ensures an organized framework, which translates to managing low overhead costs. This foundation allows us to extend a higher rate of reimbursement to our dedicated therapists. Notably, we do not impose caseload quotas, granting our therapists the flexibility to focus on quality care and having the schedule that best suits their lifestyle.

While office space is not incorporated in the package, we encourage therapists to choose their preferred location for work. Additionally, Thrive Therapy offers the potential opportunity to rent office space from our available resources, should that option be desired.
